North Carolina Science Advisory Board (NCSAB) Recommendations
The following are recommendations based on risk assessments conducted by the NCSAB. Those recommendations designated "draft" are posted for public comment for a specified period of time. Written comments are welcomed from the public and must be: related only to the scientific basis of the recommendation, AND received not later than the designated closing time on the designated closing date. Those recommendations designated as "pending" have been forwarded to the designated agency or regulatory body. Those designated as "final" have been enacted.
