The following table is to provide a specific permit conditions regulatory guide for both non-Title V and Title V facilities that are operating an air emission source(s) that is subject to a federal and/or state rule(s) and is either listed on the permit or is exempted from permitting requirements, and is listed on the "Insignificant / Exempt Activities" table attached to the air permit. This guide is to be used to assist the facility in understanding their compliance obligations with respect to emission standards, compliance monitoring, record keeping, and reporting requirements contained in specific MACT, GACT, NSPS, and NCAC rules.
