ERCs Application Forms And Instructions These forms are for the use of facilities that have achieved reductions in air emissions and wish to create and bank, use, or transfer Emission Reduction Credits (ERCs) in the North Carolina Division of Air Quality (DAQ) ERCs program. The generating facility must meet the eligibility requirements for the ERC program, and the reduction in emissions must meet certain criteria established by state and federal regulations.
