| In addition to the required 30-day public comment period the following draft permits have been submitted to the federal Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) for their 45-day review. Although the 30-day public comment period and the EPA 45-day review period are performed concurrently, the deadline for citizen's petitions to the EPA Administrator will be determined as if EPA's 45-day review period does not begin until the 30-day public comment period has ended or at the close of any subsequent public hearing period.
